Overview

Massage has a long and distinguished history, beginning about 4,000 years
ago.  It was recorded in ancient medical texts and physicians cultivated,
performed and taught massage.  Today, certified massage therapists carry on
this tradition through rigorous tutelage, testing and continuing education.
What We Do and Do Not Do

  • In compliance with Virginia state law, we do non-sexual, therapeutic
    massage.
  • We do full-sheet draping without exception; genitals, breasts and the
    gluteal cleft are never exposed.
  • We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  If you cannot keep your
    massage appointment, please make every effort to cancel at least 24
    hours in advance.  If you do not, you will be charged for the session.  
    Missed appointments will also be charged.
  • We do not tolerate inappropriate behavior to include: requests/comments
    of a sexual nature; improper hip/pelvic movement or client removal of
    draping.  If inappropriate behavior occurs, the session will be terminated
    immediately and you will be responsible for full payment.  The police will
    also be notified.
